License information

License fee for each image may vary from US$100 to US$3,000 per month.

Please note that the property rights of images may owned by a third party. If you reproduce or use it without license or permission, you may need to pay other fees to the third party.

Using our image without license/permission shall pay ten times (10x) the monthly license fee for each image used according to the use of the single image each month as the fine/compensation*, and if the using date is less than one month, it shall be calculated as one month.
*The amount you pay for fine and compensation does not include the license fee that you should pay for the usage of the image, which means you will still need to pay the license fee for the total period of usage.

The visitors undertakes not to:
(a) reproduce, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise make any changes to our Products and/or the content of our Website;
(b) copy, disclose or distribute any data available on or through our Website, in any medium including by any automated or non-automated ‘screen scraping’, database scraping’ or any other activity with the purpose of obtaining content or other information for any purpose;
(c) decompile, disassemble or otherwise gain access to the source code of Mobile App or use it;
(d) frame or mirror the Website, utilise framing techniques to enclose any content or other proprietary information, place pop-up windows over the Website, or otherwise affect the
display of the Website;
(e) interfere with, circumvent or disable any security or other technological features or measures of any of the services on, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, the Website (or any of its services) or its related systems or networks;
(f) use any of the services of the Website for any unlawful or inappropriate activities

Please note that the property rights of some images are owned by a third party, if you reproduce or use it without license or permission, you will still need to pay the license fee and fine to us and you may also need to pay additional fees to the third party.
